CASE RETURNS

We hope you love your Ded Pop case, but in the unlikely event of a fault with your case please contact us at info@dedpopldn.com 

As each case is made to order for specially you, we cannot refund the product. However, we can send you a replacement of exactly the same case if there is a fault or it’s damaged upon arrival.

The damaged / faulty case must be returned to us within 10 days at your expense. Once we receive the case and deem it to be faulty, we may issue you the exact same case free of charge.

We reserve the right to reject requests for returns at our discretion.

Royal Mail International Standard (5 to 7 working days delivery aim - not tracked ) - £2.50

STICKER RETURNS

We hope you love our Ded Pop stickers, but in the unlikely case there is a problem, then we ask you to return them in their original condition and packaging. We cannot offer returns if the sticker has been applied to anything. Contact us at info@dedpopldn.com and we will respond straight away.

We reserve the right to reject requests for returns at our discretion.

Please note that if you purchase both a case and a sticker they will be shipped separately. This is due to the fact each case is made to order specifically for you and takes 24 hours to create
