Our most frequently asked questions:

Will my original postage costs be refunded ? Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.

When ordering both a case and a sticker, will they be shipped together? If you purchase both a case and a sticker they will be shipped separately. This is due to the fact each case is made to order specifically for you and takes 24 hours to create. We ship the stickers on the day of purchase first class.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout.

Can I track the status of my order?

For International case orders you will receive a tracking code via email after purchase.

What should I do if my order is missing?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please notify us by email at info@dedpopldn.com within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, Ded Pop reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you. For international customers, please allow up to 12 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.
